Villas in Lefkada

The house has 3 bedrooms and all have central heating throughout as well as air conditioning. There is a large outside area which is split into 2 main levels. The upper terrace which runs along the front of the house and the lower terrace which has the pool area.

Villa Altina has extensive grounds, outside pool, parking and what's more the houses outlook over the salt lake of Lefkada. The houses have full equipped kitchen (cupboards, electric oven, fridge, household appliance, long table with 6 chairs), WC and lounge with TV.

Our apartments are located just after the beginning of the village of Nikiana, and the seaside is just across the road only 10 meters away. The small port of Nikiana is situated 200 meters from the apartments.

In each villa exists hot water in the bathroom and the cooker, hair-dryer, satellite in the bedroom and air condition, television in the cooker, refrigerator, fire rings and microwave, air condition in the loft, wardrobe in loft and big veranda with improbable view in the sea.
